Gabellini Sheppard

Zeckendorf Development called upon Gabellini Sheppard Associates to design the Sales Center for 520 Park Avenue, a luxurious residential skyscraper by Robert A.M Stern in the heart of the Upper East Side. At 4,000 SF, the sales center is meant to mimic the grand spatial proportions of the actual units. Gabellini Sheppard worked alongside Audio Visual engineers to create sophisticated virtual viewing technology that would allow potential buyers to see what their views would be from any given unit in the building. A custom-designed cylindrical chandelier drapes in the center of the entry hallway, representing a figurative column to which the activity of the home based around.
