Gabellini Sheppard

The Related Group commissioned Gabellini Sheppard Associates to design the interior spatial concept for three new residential condominiums along the Biscayne Bay waterfront. The project is a collaboration with the Miami firm Arquitectonica, who designed the tower exteriors. 

Interior living spaces and public lobby areas are linked conceptually, physically and visually to the outdoors, maximizing the possibilities for enjoying indoor/outdoor living. Designed to express a luxurious, modern lifestyle, the residences are integrated within a suite of leisure amenities including spa, health club, restaurant/cafe, and sports areas.  

Gabellini Sheppard Associates is also developing an on-site sales pavilion with a fully appointed model apartment interior. The space is open yet layered, with casually elegant furnishings complemented by a graphic, natural material palette.
