To herald The XI, HFZ Capital Group recently unveiled The XI Gallery, a 12,000-square-foot exhibition space in the Meatpacking District presenting the work of The Eleventh’s visionaries through the artistic lens of Es Devlin, renowned visual artist and global creative force. Designed by Gabellini Sheppard Associates, the sales gallery features model units from Towers No. X and No. I as well as Series XI, Devlin’s first ever site-specific art installation in New York comprised of three immersive works, “Egg,” “Paper Stone Glass Water,” and “Dance,” conceived in response to the architecture and philosophy of The XI.
