Created by Ian Schrager and with building design handled by acclaimed British architect, John Pawson, 50 Gramercy Park North is the perfect combination of storied history and modern luxury. Gabellini Sheppard partnered with Ian Schrager to design a model apartment in the building. Overlooking Gramercy Park – New York City’s only private park – we designed the apartment to capture the essence of luxury urban living.
