This condominium project is an architectural design collaboration with Pritzker Prize winning architect Alvaro Siza on his first residential building in the United States. Gabellini Sheppard Associates were commissioned to compliment, as well as elevate the interior architecture of the structure, facilitating the integration of essential architectural concepts into the project both inside and out. The carved white Portuguese marble exterior encompasses 162,000 SF and 78 units, ranging from one-bedroom through four-bedroom units, two double height maisonette with custom designed staircases. And three penthouse units, with dramatically different layouts.
