Our studio was commissioned by Sumaida + Khurana and LENY to design the residential interiors of Portuguese architect, and Pritzker Prize winner, Álvaro Siza’s first project within The United States. This luxury condominium tower, situated just east of the Hudson River Park, boasts a diversity of high-end residences and amenities with an abundance of light and stunning views, designed to both reflect and enhance every owner’s lifestyle.
