Olara is a luxury waterfront residential oasis in West Palm Beach, accentuated by expansive views of the Intracoastal Waterway, Palm Beach Island, and the Atlantic Ocean. Featuring superbly crafted residences and an impressive, two-acre suite of resort-inspired amenities and services, Olara is the newest and most exclusive building, distinguished by a private marina with direct Intracoastal access, and proximity to world-class shopping and dining.

Our goal was to create sophisticated, elevated spaces that harness the harmony of South Florida’s coastal elements – shimmering light, a fresh breeze, pristine waters, and beautiful nature. We engaged a sculptural, material palette of complementary opposites that play with light and dark, warm and cool, textured and smooth, and soft and tactile qualities. Bringing the outside in and the inside out was a significant part of our design ethos. Organic elements and natural patterns can be found throughout the property. Panoramic, atmospheric views are framed by serenely relaxed interiors.
