Partner Colin Martin brings leadership to Gabellini Sheppard's residential, retail, and hospitality projects. Since joining the studio in 2004, Colin was promoted to Associate in 2013 and again to Partner in 2022. Colin has brought to fruition the interior architecture of multiple luxury residences and condominium developments, playing a major role in pivotal projects including the studio's New York City-based collaborations with acclaimed architects Alvaro Siza and Tadao Ando.

Colin is a gifted designer of architectural space and brings a depth of experience to both adaptive reuse and historic building projects and new construction developments. He has recently completed a ground-up residential project in Aspen and is currently working on multiple residences in the Hamptons.

His retail portfolio includes work with Westfield, Brookfield Properties, and Saks Fifth Avenue in addition to bespoke luxury boutiques around the world. Some of his hospitality credits include The Istanbul EDITION and The Row NYC Hotel.
