Steve Soleo is an accomplished Senior Architect whose collaborative approach to design and construction enables him to build strong working relationships. He has extensive experience leading teams on meticulously detailed projects at multiple scales, and has worked on ground-up construction and major renovations, while ushering projects through the NYC DOB and Landmarks Preservation Commission. Since joining the firm in 2019, Soleo has worked with Tishman Speyer on a Master Plan re-envisioning of Rockefeller Center. Prior to joining Gabellini Sheppard Associates, Soleo held significant responsibilities as a Project Manager with Abelow Sherman Architects and Beyer Blinder Belle Architects & Planners.

He is a graduate of the University at Buffalo School of Architecture and Planning, where he won their Senior Design Award. Soleo is a registered Architect in New York State and a LEED Accredited Profession with the USGBC.
